Information we collect

When you submit the process-review form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, work email, company and details about the business process you would like to improve.

Why we collect it

We use the information to understand your request, assess whether the process may be suitable for automation and respond to you. We do not sell submitted personal information.

How requests are processed

The website validates form submissions on Cloudflare infrastructure, then uses FormSubmit to forward the request to the DA Systems contact mailbox at hello@dautomatisations.com. Our email provider stores the message so we can review and respond to your enquiry.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated form abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information required to provide this security service.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to understand aggregate website use. The site does not include advertising pixels or retargeting scripts.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request or meet applicable obligations. FormSubmit may retain submitted data for up to 30 days to provide its delivery service. To request access, correction or deletion, emailhello@dautomatisations.com.

This policy may be updated as the website, service providers or applicable requirements change.
